Every build moves through four stages — consultation, design, construction, and handover. A custom new build typically runs 10–16 months from the first sketch; renovations vary with scope. You'll get a clear milestone plan before we break ground.

We agree a clear, itemized budget before construction starts, and you see where every dollar goes. If you want to change something mid-build, we give you the cost and the impact on the timeline up front — no surprises.

Yes — our design & build service includes in-house architecture, but we're happy to build with your architect, designer, or engineer. One team, one accountable point of contact either way.
